Cancellation and Refund Policy

You acknowledge that

1. Your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of a Menu that is generated

2. Cancellation due to reasons not attributable to foodastro, that is, in the event you provide incorrect birth details, incorrect Place of Birth, etc., or that you were unresponsive, for fulfillment of the services offered to you, shall amount to breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization in favour of foodastro to place that order on your behalf (“Authorization Breach”). In the event you commit an Authorization Breach, you shall be liable to pay the liquidated damages of an amount equivalent to the order value. You hereby authorize foodastro to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through such means as foodastro may determine in its discretion, including without limitation, by deducting such amount from any payment made towards your next Order

ii. There may be cases where foodastro is either unable to accept your order or cancels the order, due to reasons including without limitation, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any other reason attributable to foodastro, In such cases foodastro shall not charge a cancellation charge from you. If the order is cancelled before the payment you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to you.

iii. No replacement / refund / or any other resolution will be provided without any valid reason.

iv. Any complaint, with respect to the order which shall include instances but not be limited to food menu, you will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.

v. You shall not be entitled to a refund in case instructions placed along with the order are not followed in the form and manner You had intended. Instructions are followed by the stages mentioned on a best-efforts basis.

vi. All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.

b. Cancellation, Return and Refund:

i. Cancellation by Customer: In the event of request for cancellation of the order before its payment, foodastro may accept the request for cancellation of the order, provided that it shall be the sole discretion of foodastro to accept or reject the request for cancellation of order.

ii. Cancellation by foodastro: There may be cases where foodastro is either unable to accept the order or cancels the order, due to any reasons including without limitation, technical errors, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, inaccurate particulars such as contact number, address, etc. provided by the Customer, unresponsive Customer, etc. In such cases, You accept and acknowledge that foodastro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the Customer, and the Customer shall accept and undertake that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same.

iii. If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and the Customer want the refund of the order value or any part thereof in accordance with the policies of foodastro, there would not be any refund as this is service and all the guidance have been provided systematically during availing the services. In the event the Customer has provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, wrong birth details as asked in the site , or that the Customer was unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to them, the Customer will not be eligible for any refunds.

iv. fooastro’s decision of cancellation of order shall be final and foodastro shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever;

v. Refund or Replacement: In certain cases, foodastro may offer replacement, as it may in its sole discretion decide, subject to terms and conditions as detailed below.

viii. You may initiate the return request via the in app chat support or you may write to us at [email protected].

xiii. You shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement in case instructions placed along with the order are not followed in the form and manner You had intended. Instructions are followed by the Merchant on a best-efforts basis.

xiv. Refund Process: Once verified by foodastro, if the request for refund is genuine, refund shall be processed in the same manner as they are received. The refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.

xvii. It shall be the sole discretion of foodastro to decide whether the product is eligible to be returned or not and foodasto’s decision shall be final and binding on the Customers.
